Parris Brooks

Chairman

Parris Brooks is the Co-Founder/Chairman of GPI Security Group

Brooks has over 20 years of experience in the Public Safety Field.

Brooks is an expert in numerous facets of Emergency Management, incident

Management and Venue Safety and Security , as well as sports

and special events incident management, Brooks was

instrumental in implementing various security plans and tactics

that were critical to protecting the home of the Atlanta Falcons,

as well as the Annual SEC Championship game, Two Final

Fours,WWE Wrestlemania, a plethora of Concerts and Soccer

Games. Director Brooks was featured in NCS4 Game day

Magazine in the Summer of 2015 speaking on the Vehicle

inspection Process for NFL Games and Major Events that

housed over 70,000 people. Brooks is trained in crowd management, a certified

emergency manager, trained in Initial Law Enforcement Response

to Suicide Bombing Attacks Performance Level Training, Prevention and Response to Suicide

bombing incidents, Sports and Special Events Incident Management (Texas Engineering

Extension Service), Enhanced Threat and Risk Assessment (Texas Engineering Extension

Service),Implementing Continuity of Operations Planning, and Incident Command 1S-100,

Brooks has earned an outstanding reputation for the extensive business and

management skills which he now brings to his new responsibilities as a member of Positive

Protection nationwide. Prior to starting Gridiron Protection , Brooks worked for

the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Department Of Public Safety for 10 years.

Director Brooks began as a Officer and was promoted to Sergeant, Lieutenant/ Assistant

Security Manager and most recently Security Manager for the Georgia Dome.During his time at

the Georgia Dome he managed and was responsible for over 260 Off-Duty Police Officers

during Events, Served as the EOD/K-9 Coordinator for all GWCCA Events, Managed the

Georgia Dome Command Center, Emergency Operations Procedures, and Security Plans and

Staffing for All Georgia Dome Events.  Brooks was a member of campus Public Safety

Department Command Staff consisting of a law enforcement agency and security division to

patrol 220 acres of property. Director Brooks is a member of NCS4, IVAM and has attended the

NFL Security Train the Trainer program for

3 years


Antonio Evans

Vice Chairman

Antonio Evans is the Co-Founder/ Vice Chairman with over 20  years of experience in crowd management and security. He specializes in Field Operations for both in-house and private security and is trained in Crisis Intervention, Executive Protection, Incident Management, and more.  Evans has managed security for venues like the Georgia Dome and the Georgia World Congress Center, coordinating celebrity and VIP events. He was promoted from Officer to Shift Commander in less than a month and became the youngest Supervisor on staff. As a Training Officer, he earned Officer of the Month for capturing multiple suspects in a stabbing incident. He also managed security for the Trumpet Awards, ensuring the safety of dignitaries. Additionally,  Evans is a trained EMT and speaks Yoruba.

Steven Parmley

CEO/Director

Steve comes to us with over 20 years Security experience and 8

years Law Enforcement. Steven has also been a Volunteer Fire

Fighter going on 17 years. He is also a Master Mason and a

Knights Templar with the free mason's Steven is a proud father of

4 kids and primarily resides in western Kentucky. He is a

Graduate of Tilghman High School class of 2003 and has a BA in

public health Administration. He served in the Kentucky National

Guard 2113th Medium Transportation from 2003 to 2006. And is

currently in the Tennessee State Guard as an Officer with the 4th

MP BN assigned to the 1st Regiment. Steven is small arms

qualified as well as rifle. Taser, OC, baton certified Is also Fire

Fighter 1 and 2 from the Illnoise fire Academy out of Champaign

illnois. Certified in Urban Search and Rescue and Advanced

Extraction certified. And is Senior Qualified MEMs qualification in

the State Guard MEMs is Military Emergency Management Specialist.

Corey Williams is 20-year law enforcement veteran, including Police Lieutenant and Sergeant for City of Toccoa, City of Griffin and GWCC Police Dept

Multiple law enforcement and security training certifications including executive protection, crisis management, field training officer, motorcycle officer, manager on duty, crowd management and risk assessment

Assistant Director

Sabree 15-year Security and Executive Protection expect former Account Manager and Field Operations Manager for Champion Security. Sabree is a Certified K-9 Handler and Trainer. Sabree has provided Executive Protection for High end Celebrities and Motivational Speakers.

Anthony Brown is a christian ,husband ,father and grandfather.

Anthony Brown is also a dedicated public servant and entrepreneur with a distinguished career

spanning several decades in law enforcement, security, and fitness. With certifications as a Life

Coach, Krav Maga Instructor, and Fitness Trainer, he brings a unique blend of physical, mental,

and professional discipline to his work.

From 2012 to 2024, Anthony owned and operated Victory fitness self defense, where he created

and taught fitness and self-defense programs for adults, children, law enforcement, and security

professionals, including conducting private, tailored classes. Prior to this, he served as a Police

Sergeant/Lieutenant at the Georgia World Congress Center (2005–2012), holding roles as

Evening and Event Commander, where he managed security and police assignments, planned

event safety, and was responsible for officer and security training.

His career also includes extensive experience as a Criminal Investigator for the City of Atlanta

(1991–2005), conducting investigations into violent and property crimes, and collaborating with

various agencies for successful prosecutions. He began his public service career as a

Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Atlanta (1980–1991). Anthony is skilled in crisis

intervention and uses his comprehensive background to coach and train others to meet their

physical and safety goals.
