Parris Brooks is the Chairman of the Board of GPI USA Holding Co. and a nationally respected leader in public safety, sports security, and emergency management, with over 20 years of experience in high-profile venue and event security operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brooks has held critical leadership roles in managing safety and security for some of the nation’s largest sporting and entertainment events, including Atlanta Falcons home games, the SEC Championship, NCAA Final Fours, WWE WrestleMania, major concerts, and international soccer matches. His strategic security planning and incident management expertise have helped safeguard events hosting crowds exceeding 70,000 attendees.

Mr. Brooks previously served for 10 years with the Georgia World Congress Center Authority Department of Public Safety, rising through the ranks from Officer to Sergeant, Lieutenant, Assistant Security Manager, and ultimately Security Manager of the Georgia Dome. In this role, he oversaw over 260 off-duty law enforcement officers, coordinated EOD and K-9 operations, managed emergency operations and command center functions, and led security planning for all Georgia Dome events across a 220-acre campus.

A certified emergency manager and nationally recognized instructor, Mr. Brooks holds extensive certifications in incident command, emergency response, crowd management, threat assessment, continuity of operations, disaster management, and sports venue security. He is a certified NRA Firearms Instructor, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and holds armed security certifications through the Georgia Board of Private Detectives and Security Agencies. His expertise has been featured in NCS4 Game Day Magazine, highlighting his work in vehicle screening operations for major NFL events.

Mr. Brooks is a member of the National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS4) and the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), and has completed the NFL Security Train-the-Trainer Program. He is widely recognized for his leadership, operational excellence, and strategic vision in protecting people, property, and critical infrastructure nationwide.

Steve comes to us with over 20 years Security experience and 8

years Law Enforcement. Steven has also been a Volunteer Fire

Fighter going on 17 years. He is also a Master Mason and a

Knights Templar with the free mason's Steven is a proud father of

4 kids and primarily resides in western Kentucky. He is a

Graduate of Tilghman High School class of 2003 and has a BA in

public health Administration. He served in the Kentucky National

Guard 2113th Medium Transportation from 2003 to 2006. And is

currently in the Tennessee State Guard as an Officer with the 4th

MP BN assigned to the 1st Regiment. Steven is small arms

qualified as well as rifle. Taser, OC, baton certified Is also Fire

Fighter 1 and 2 from the Illnoise fire Academy out of Champaign

illnois. Certified in Urban Search and Rescue and Advanced

Extraction certified. And is Senior Qualified MEMs qualification in

the State Guard MEMs is Military Emergency Management Specialist.

Anthony Brown is a christian ,husband ,father and grandfather.

Anthony Brown is also a dedicated public servant and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning several decades in law enforcement, security, and fitness. With certifications as a Life Coach, Krav Maga Instructor, and Fitness Trainer, he brings a unique blend of physical, mental, and professional discipline to his work.

From 2012 to 2024, Anthony owned and operated Victory fitness self defense, where he created and taught fitness and self-defense programs for adults, children, law enforcement, and security professionals, including conducting private, tailored classes. Prior to this, he served as a Police Sergeant/Lieutenant at the Georgia World Congress Center (2005–2012), holding roles as Evening and Event Commander, where he managed security and police assignments, planned event safety, and was responsible for officer and security training. His career also includes extensive experience as a Criminal Investigator for the City of Atlanta (1991–2005), conducting investigations into violent and property crimes, and collaborating with various agencies for successful prosecutions. He began his public service career as Maintenance Supervisor for the City of Atlanta (1980–1991). Anthony is skilled in crisis

intervention and uses his comprehensive background to coach and train others to meet their physical and safety goals.

Daniel Goduto, originally from Illinois, relocated to Georgia in 2014 and began an 11-year career with the Cobb County Police Department. He served six years as a patrol officer, including three years as a Field Training Officer, where he mentored and developed new recruits.During the final five years of his law enforcement career, he worked as a homicide detective, leading complex investigations and seeking justice for victims and their families.

Daniel earned his degree in Homeland Security from Columbia Southern University, further strengthening his expertise in public safety and investigative practices. He has since transitioned into the private sector, where he now applies his extensive experience, attention to detail, and commitment to professionalism as a private investigator.
